Better late than never we had a load of Stollen cake sent to us from one of our German suppliers which arrived dec 28th (ah well) and our air fresheners made it through customs the same day so we had a bit of a German vibe going on.

Now a word from the CEO -

To all our customers thanks again for taking the time to visit the site or ring us and order your bits and bobs from a sump plug to a full suspension kit it always makes my day and hopefully we still give you the best service that we can, I know there have been a few glitches but usually it's down to lack of communication on both sides.

I know a lot of you try to speak to me personally through the day but i have taken a back seat within the main structure of the business so i can divide my time between purchasing and over seeing the goods in side of things which means i am not in the main building anymore so don't take it personally if the sales team tell you i'm out or with somebody as it is often the case and they can usually handle your queery.


Next year we have a few things in the pipeline including possibly relocating to a bigger premises to get everything under one roof instead of having to go back and fore our other warehouse therefore cutting down on packing times and getting more out of the door per day and having a more customer orientated trade counter with more products on display and a dedicated member of staff to help you.

Also we are going to fix it so that it does not snow next christmas so you get all your bits on time !!!!!!!!

Any the how thanks to you all and merry christmas and a happy new year and remember vw's are for life and not just christmas !

Due to yet more snow parcelforce are still not collecting from us again today so please be aware that you may not recieve your parts this side of xmas.
This picture was taken earlier this morning, there was no snow on the cars or vans when they pulled into work 1 hour before !

Okay we flew back this morning from a sunny Florida only to find wales covered in a thick blanket of snow which is going to cause problems with our incoming and outgoing parcels so please bear this in mind when ordering.
